Konektet ("we") provides automated social media posting for businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why.
When you log in with Facebook we receive your name, email and the list of Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Business accounts you manage, along with access tokens that let us publish posts to the pages you choose. When you connect Google we receive access to the Business Profile locations you choose, including their reviews. We also store the business details, photos and posts you provide or approve.
We use this data only to create, schedule and publish posts on your behalf to the accounts you connected, to turn your Google reviews into posts, and to email you previews. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
You can pause posting, disconnect accounts, or delete your account at any time. See our data deletion instructions.
